Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your GenZee fits! To make things clear and fair, here is everything you need to know about our inspection and exchange rules:

  • What You See Is What You Get: All our product pictures are 100% real. We make sure to provide clear details regarding the description, material, sizing, and price before your order is confirmed.

  • Open & Inspect: You have the right to open your package and inspect the items while the courier is waiting before making the payment.

  • Changed Your Mind at the Door? If you decide not to receive the order after inspecting it with the courier, you will only be required to pay the shipping fees.

  • No Returns After Delivery: Once the order has been inspected, accepted, and the courier has left, no returns are allowed.

  • Size Exchanges: Need a different size? No worries! You can exchange your item within a maximum of 2 days from the delivery date. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the new shipping fees for the exchange.
